Covid-19 State requirements for companies in the tourism industry:
All bookings in 2020 that are canceled by us or the guest due to the current situation will only be credited with the total amount paid in form of a voucher.
This credit has a shelf life of 18 months and if not booked, it will be fully refunded to the guest before the deadline.
The normal cancellation conditions do not apply due to this exceptional situation.
Refunds will be made as soon as possible for the guests who wish.

In order to benefit from the services offered by SAS ROBRECHT, we ask you to read the following general terms and conditions carefully. These general terms and conditions apply to stays from April 8 to November 1, 2020. These terms apply to the sale of stays and apply after payment of the deposit. The booking of a stay requires the unreserved acceptance of our general terms and conditions. These conditions can be changed and / or supplemented by SAS ROBRECHT at any time. In this case, the new version automatically applies to every new customer who is informed by publication on the website www.robrecht.fr. The buyer acknowledges to be fully informed that his agreement regarding the content of these general sales conditions does not require a handwritten or electronic signature of this document.
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT OF STAYS
Our services are explained to the customer by telephone or electronically. He determines the services of his choice on the day of his reservation. The customer confirms that he has requested and received all the information necessary for an informed reservation. The customer is responsible for the choice of the reservation and its suitability for his needs, so that SAS ROBRECHT cannot be held responsible. The reservation is accepted by the customer at the end of the reservation process, which ends when the 50% deposit is collected by SAS ROBRECHT. The reservation will only take effect with the approval of SAS ROBRECHT after receipt of the completed and signed contract and the deposit. After accepting the reservation, the customer will be sent a rental confirmation.
For reservations made more than 30 days before the start of the stay, a deposit of 50% of the service amount must be paid. The balance must be paid between 30 and 60 days before the start of the stay (the customer will receive an email to pay the balance).Bei Reservierungen, die weniger als 30 Tage vor Beginn des Aufenthalts erfolgen, muss die vollständige Zahlung zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung erfolgen.
A deposit of 200 euros is to be paid at the time of payment of the balance (this will be refunded within 7 days after the end of the stay by bank transfer to the bank details provided by the customer). Any material damage leads to a deduction. The deduction may not preclude an application for additional compensation.
Please note: Only those who appear on the contract, duly completed and sent by the customer and accepted by SAS ROBRECHT, are entitled to take possession of the accommodation and to remain there.
Please note that pets are accepted after approval by SAS ROBRECHT. A surcharge of 100 euros per week is required.
STAY BILLING METHODS
The customer can pay for the stay by check or bank transfer.
The prices for all of our accommodations and related services can be found on our website. Prices are given in Euros. The prices shown are for the 2020 season. The amount of the tourist tax is not included (2019: 0.66 euros / night / adult over 18 years, in Ramatuelle).
Cancellation by the customer
In the event of a cancellation, we ask you to notify us in writing, by email or by post at AR.
Cancellation more than 50 days before the start of the stay: 150 € withheld on the deposit.Cancellation between 49 and 30 days before the start of the stay: € 300 deducted from the deposit.Cancellation between 29 and 15 days before the start of the stay: 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be retained.Cancellation from the 14th day before the start of the stay: 100% of the total amount of the reserved reservation.
Cancellation by SAS ROBRECHT
Without a proposal for an equivalent replacement solution, the customer will be reimbursed the full amount paid as soon as possible. However, this cancellation cannot lead to payment of damages.
In the event of cancellation of the matter for an event of force majeure within the meaning of Article 1218 of the Civil Code, the amounts paid will be reimbursed as soon as possible, with the exclusion of any other compensation.
Our accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The reservation of a rent is only on a personal basis and cannot be sublet or transferred. Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
Depending on the type of accommodation, the accommodation can accommodate 1 to 6 people.
The final cleaning costs extra: 60 euros / 100 euros.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the price, but can be rented at an additional cost of 10 euros per person per week.
Each reservation includes a parking space. Any additional vehicle must be parked in the visitor parking lot.
Arrival days are Saturdays, Sundays or Mondays, depending on the type of accommodation.
The customer enters the accommodation from 3 p.m. In the event that the customer arrives after 8 p.m., a further 10 euros will be charged.

The accommodation must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. In case of late departure you may be charged an additional day at the current night price.
